Got a digital radio for xmas,unfortunately,the reception for certain stations is poor,is there any way of boosting the signal for a better reception?

Go into settings and look for 'dynamic range control'. It has 3 options, off half and 1. Try changing that. Or moving the ariel (seriously)

The ariel is extremely sensitive,thinking of getting another ariel and fixing the radios ariel to that.Have you tried turning it on and off again?
