Hunslet Hawks are delighted to announce that we will have Pin badges on sale this Sunday in celebration of the Albert Goldthorpe Shield match against the Hunslet All Stars. The Pin badge features both the Hawks and All Stars logos and has a quality enamel finish.

Pin Badges are priced just £2.50 and can be purchased from the Hawks club shop & will also be available in the Phoenix Bar on Sunday.

The club would like to thank supporter Nigel Hinchcliffe for all his hard work in getting the badges ready in time for Sundays game.

Nice momento.

Well done Nigel for sorting.

Hunslet: STILL the city's only club to win all competitions in one season.

Disappointing attendance of less than 600. There were 1200-1300 last year. What happened?

It seems the attendance is going to over ride the performance put on by the teams which is a pity, only the people in South Leeds can say why they stayed away but i enjoyed the day and the commitment the teams showed.I saw plenty of young people about and enjoyed the young dancers.

The free kids were not included in the total and the amateur clubs sold a combined total of 140 tickets between them compared to 350 last year, anyway a very professional performance and very encouraging signs apart from the goalkicking.

I thought oaksey was our mom 2day he totally battered their forwards. We can't ask for any more than the lads produced on the pitch apart from the kicking. Well done hunslet!!!

i totally agree with you macca and i told John the same in the bar he gave a solid performance through out and showed how he has improved every year since he moved into the second row which suits him to a tee and like you and Steve the kicking could cost us in the league as evey point will be vital but apart from a few handling errors a good hit up for the boys
