I thought RLW were going to announce the winners of the award from the 1990's, the missing years.
Is this still happening?
If so does anyone know when announcements will be made?

the gave garry schofield one for 1990...........but he probably bored them to death about why it's taken so long so they probably decided it was'nt worth the hassle anymore .................

I asked about that a bit back when the series of articles in RLW outlined the candidates year by year. I think they said something about waiting till the world cup and taking advantage of having a large number of Aussies and Kiwis over here anyway to do some kind of ceremony for all the winners of 1991 to 1998.
