hi everyone

just thought this may need looking at.my dad and sister went to the game yesterday and bought tickets in the office before the game so they could use the lift as my dad struggles with the stairs.they were told that somebody would check their tickets when they got out of the lift.guess what nobody was there to check the tickets.there was 4 people in the lift.over a season that could cost the club a decent amount of money if people use the lift with out buying the tickets first.
just thought this should be brought to light.

Agree with you, but maybe a email to the club is a better way of getting it resolved, rather than advertising how to sneak into the ground on a fans forum.

It was maybe just a one-off, I've used the lift plenty of times in the past and had my ticket checked each time.
