Brill marketing, think our clubs and the RFLP could learn a thing or two from looking at that picture

The event Friday was organised by the supporters club (penyas) the Dragons of le Lauquet, which is a village near to Carcassonne. There are two such supporters clubs in the Aude. Altogether I think about 18 penyas some bigger than others. La Lauquet organise buses to most home matches and each year at their AGM invite some players to attend. The club management meet the Presidents of the penyas quite often to get feed back.

Yesterdays local broad sheet daily 'L'Independant' carried half a page in both its main part and sports section. Super publicity.

si tu (remi casty) devais envoyer un fax au president guasch?
"Un grand bravo pour tout ce que vous avez fait, et merci de m'avoir embarqué dans cette aventure."

"It involves matters much greater than drafting the new rules...the original and existing games have their own powerful appeal to their players and public and have the sentiments which history inspires"
