The Web site is a little confusing on the sponsors evening the first line says Saturday 12th January 2013 but then goes on to say Friday the 18th
Hope its not too late to clear this up to maximize potential sponsors

I think "Saturday 12 January 2013" is when it was posted on the web. A little missleading at first but all the information is there in the right place, hope the weather holds up and there is a good turn out

It's quite confusing the way it is wrote on the website. Just had a look now.but it is tonight.

I must admit that I have just looked at the website and it is a little confusing as the first date you see is the posted date. Will see if this can be avoided on future postings.
I will start a separate post for tonight's event.
