Perhaps they'll make his former School of Motoring an Academy.

Plus, he's always banging on about underperforming teachers; they could ask him if he agreed that he was an underperforming learner.

There again he may have been more use on the back seat than behind the wheel.

It does worry me when you hear if people who take a lot of attempts to pass their driving test. The test isn't difficult and I wonder whether there should be a limit on the number of attempts.
