Worrying return by Wigan to the use of third man in the tackle chopping at the player's knee/shin area. Got penalised a couple of times for it and utilised it a lot more.

Really didnt see i single incident of that but not saying it didnt happen, it was a woeful performance from Wigan though.

Not one to call refs but it seemed like Mr Thaler had no intention of ever letting Wigan get into the game

And what exactly is wrong with the tackle shown?

sky text says Warrington had at least three tries ruled out due to forward passes. I hope this is a sign of things to come.

Also, no Chris Bridge, is he injured at the mo?

Forward passes in all games hindle, especially with the more creative teams.

Bridge could be back next week.

Too many tries scored from forward passes by a few teams.

Anyroad, I see Thaler is wearing some kind of ref cam specs in one photo but not in the other two which we can see his face.

If the this match was anything to go by I would guess that this seasons early game pedantry will be the forward pass. There must have been at least a dozen pinged yesterday. Thaler must of be ready for the half time and full time hooter so he could get his breath back, he hardy had the whistle out of his gob all night.*

*TBF, both teams contributed a fair bit - they both seemed to have diffidently keeping the ball and completing sets.

Apparently he was trialling 'ref cam'. Not sure what it's supposed to do, but it didn't seem to aid his decision making. <_<
