Can someone please post up a list of all the SL clubs and which Championship / Championship 1 club they are linked with for dual registration?

If i remember correctly:

Bradford - Dewsbury
Cas - no one
Leeds - Hunslet
Hull - York
Wakefield - Donny
St Helens - Whitehaven and Rochdale
Warrington - Swinton
Salford - Oldham
Hull KR - no one
London - London S
Widnes - Workington
Huddersfield - Batley
Wigan - North Wales?
Catalan - ?

Think there's a few other dual pairings but can't remember who
