Didn't rate Powell as a player and don't particularly rate him as a coach.

I would like to see him with an average bunch of players with limited funds and then see how he goes.

Don't think he will be dewsbury coach anytime soon if thats what you are suggesting

DP was a great player one of the best in his hay day. As for the coach comment he didn't take over at Fev with a good squad you know.

He wasn't a bad player but please, GREAT player. I don't think so. Now in that era there were many GREAT players, Shaun Edwards for example to name but one. You'll be telling me next that his team mate Mark Aston was a GREAT player

Nah not tubbs he was crapola 😄😄. I agree DP wasn't in the same class as some of the Wigan guys but I would class him as one of the greats who played for a Yorkshire team in them times.

living beyond your means springs to mind.Is it what they want to charge or is it what they have to charge

We still got 2800+ charging £17 at the weekend sunshine, take you 5 games to rake that in, Mind whatever you charge is too much to see Bradford reserves, hope we smash you and all there reserves get injured

Could charge you a token quid when we play you and youd still bring no more than a minibus full, worst away support in the division

You post like dews is like Beverly Hills

Fev has some top folk. Absolute great lads n lasses.Love em to bits. I suspect dews is the same.

Maybe so but I'd never move to Featherstone in a million years let alone watch their rugby team.

p.s. I don't live in Dewsbury.

Typical Featherstone low life comment. We know from past experience who you will try to get injured. No wonder Featherstone has a reputation, with comments like this.

Is this really where your at Eddie? "You're towns sheeite etc" comments??? I mean.... really???
Fev suffered a lot post coal board era.. lots of west yorks communities did. People living there feel that still.
Dews does not escape its soci al probkems either.
Is this really what you're at or is it just cheap points scoring?

I do visit Dews occasionally when Fev haven't got a game. I wouldn't hesitate in supporting Championship rugby as much as I can.
Have a word wi thi sen here....

Apart from the Woman that Effs and Jeffs in the Family Stand at BigFellas, i find the trips to Featherstone most enjoyable.
Granted the prices in the Last Orders help but the banter in there is of a better quality than we seem to begetting on here atm ; )
