He'll wind me up once the season starts, but no-one's heart is in a better place. Many happy returns.
Rumour going around Headingley that Wire will have to play the second half with 12 men.
It seems that they forgot to bring the half time oranges, and Solomona ate Chris Bridge instead.
Don't know why he was hungry, as he looked as though he had eaten the whole youth team before the game started.

His appearance last year in Perpignan for the Wire game was something to behold. Time for everyone and a joy for the game which belies his years.
A true rugby league great which we should celebrate.

What a hooker you were and so many people still don't realise that you just play to the gallery on behalf of Sky TV.

Happy Birthday Stevo.
What a hooker you were and so many people still don't realise that you just play to the gallery on behalf of Sky TV.
Indeed he does play to the gallery, unfortunately he also gets many things utterly wrong, especially the laws of the game.
If we want people to enjoy and learn about the game we need people explaining/commentating who understand what is happening and what the laws are.
Stevo lost the plot a long time ago as a sidekick who can explain the detail of what is happening on the pitch and why.
