KT says, "That's not to say the pic needs to be taken in black and white of course - interpret the theme however you see fit.

All photos must be taken between February 1st 2013 and February 28th 2013 and posted on this thread between these dates.

Usual rules regarding processing apply plus a slight modification, simple framing borders are allowed but no artistic borders.

As the topic selector Kenilworth Tiger gets the last say on what is eligible, providing all other criteria are met.

Looking forward to this. I'm glad I picked up on the photo threads, because it's making me think about different ideas & locations for trying shots out and that at the moment at least is probably as good a way to learn as any: trial and error. It's also good to get feedback from other posters as to whether I'm on the right track with my ideas or not, as unlike family and friends, strangers tend not to feel they have to say nice things!

Out of comp by date but not by nature, a good example of black & white that isn't in black & white.

Disqualified for two false starts because you posted the pictures before the pictures were supposed to be taken, ie, in the month of February, and also disqualified for using 3 d's in disqualifiedd, Trying to be Welsh?

Well here's my February opener for ten, a blatently stolen idea. Was messing around with a Cokin macro filter I'd been given by my Dad from his SLR setup from the 1980s (when I was a kid), and tried a few shots as an idea for a Valentine's card for the wife.
