Personally, I think the shirts should always be the principle one unless there is a clash, in which case the home team should change.
There's no reason whatsoever why Wigan can't play against Huddersfield and have both teams in their main strip.

& Salford City REDS seem to have played in Green for their friendlies this yearNot necessarily with the Bulls. I still have nightmares about that pinky purple effort.
