after an email from someone who attended yesterdays game and the way we performed pre-season id say what I said above is a fair judgement mate. Massive improvement necessary and I think not linking with a SL club may hurt us a lot more than we ever envisadged ?

Please please please prove me wrong

I'd say it is a bit premature to start labelling the side as relegation candidates after just one game.Granted It wasn't the start that anydody wanted and everyone connected with the Club is disapointed with the result.I'm sure that Holty will be working on what went wrong in training this week and he will be looking for a big response from the players against Doncaster.Lets get behind the lads on Sunday and I'm sure they will give us something to cheer about.

St Helens were hammered by Huddersfield in their opening game this weekend, just out of curiosity how many of you think that Saints will finish in the bottom two?
