Super League side, London Broncos and new Kingstone Press Championship One side, Hemel Stags have agreed a partnership for the 2013 season.

The partnership is the second the Broncos have undertaken, having previously agreed a similar arrangement with London Skolars.

The Broncos will supply the Stags with dual registration players throughout the 2013 season to help them gain match experience, with the Broncos able to loan the club up to five players through the dual registration set-up.

The agreement will also see the two clubs share strength, conditioning and medical knowledge throughout the season.

Head of youth performance at London Broncos Phil Jones said: “It is an exciting time to see the arrival of Hemel as a professional club and I hope this partnership will provide some support to their development as well as allowing some of our squad players the opportunity to compete in a very exciting Championship One competition.”

Bob Brown, Hemel CEO said, “We are delighted that, as a result of the partnership agreement, the three players that have signed dual registration contracts are ex-Hemel juniors.

“It is great to welcome back Miles Mcleod, Jack Molloy and potentially Dan Sarginson to Pennine Way in our first year in Championship One in 2013.”

So no "Destination Superleague" element in the heralded arrival of Hemel into the ranks of professional Rugby League then?

The Broncos pyramid has two big stones in place under the Broncos top stone now.

How will it be decided which of the two teams gets first call on players?

Depends if the player has an Oyster card or a car.

Hemel will get first dibs on their old boys, other than that its a thumb war in the car park.
