Happened last time they had a floodlit game in the cup against a french side. It will continue to happen until someone pays to updgrade the supply. Too much load at this time of year I'm afraid.
According to N & S website it was in 2011 a NR Cup match v Halifax abandoned in 13th minute, last time.
One time when I don't mind Haven getting the whole of the back page.

"It is impossible not to feel a twinge of sympathy for Workington Town, the fall guys this season for the Super League's determination to retain it's European dimesion, in the shape of Paris. While the French have had every assistance to survive, the importance of having a flagship in a heartland area like West Cumbria has been conveniently forgotten." - Dave hadfield - Independent 25th Augsut 1996.

Hope it kicks off at 8:15, Premier Sports are showing a game of kick and clap at the moment
They should show it as they have everything there set up. I bet they wait 'til this RU game gets to the half-time point!!!!!
