According to the Warrington Guardian Chris Bridge will be in the team against Dewsbury on Sunday.This has been strongly rumoured as early as last Sunday on some social networking sites.If true sends out a great message to those players who performed so well at Keighley.

Yawn...you lot are really getting boring now, any blame for the current system lies firmly at the feet of the RL certainly not Swinton or any other club who use the dual register system.
Every club had the opportunity to do the same some decided to some didn't...so what.!!!

Lets sort this out. Bridge is a SH or SO. Watson is our SH. it makes sense that Watson focuses on managing the team and they replace him with bridge. if we win this game it gives Watson a really good chance of becoming our manager in the long term. Bridge gets a run out and we get three points.

We are no more of a feeder club than we were before the only difference now is we source all our talent from Warrington, the lads we have signed have signed the same type of contracts that higson and Armstrong signed the other year.Plus the two other d/rs we will have from week to week. I see it this way: We now have access to the best young talent in England, the best training facilities in England and its saving the club money, in the short term its a no brainer

You could flip it on it's head and use the argument that we use Warrington to go out and source the talent then we get to use those players for a few matches in positions where they could be useful for us.

Just playing Devil's advocate here but wasn't Warrington fiercely against dismantling their lower grade sides? There's a rumour going round that a certain SL club is strategically manipulating the DR system in order to quickly orchestrate its failure. If this is true where would that leave the SL club's subservient partner?

Ooh the mystery... as you are unable to name the teams involved, I will have to assume that, by posting on this board, you refer to Swinton as the 'subservient club'.

It would leave us in the same place as we are at the end of each season with no contracted players and a squad of 25 players to find.

It would hopefully leave us in the championship rather than the championship 1.

It would leave us financially similar to where we are now if not financially better off.

It is unlikely to see us as grand final winners .... And definitely will not allow us access to the super league for the following season.
