Posting this for those not on Facebook
The song goes to the tune of The Addams Family
SUPPORTERS WITH DEVOTION
FIGHTING FOR PROMOTION
WE ARE THE FEVOLUTION
THE CAPPER FAMILY
OUR GROUND IS OUR MUSEUM
WHERE FANS COME DOWN TO SEE EM
HERE WE RE RARELY BEATEN
THE CAPPER FAMILY
SO GET YA BLUE N WHITES ON
LETS GO N HAVE A SING SONG
WE RE GONNA CHEER EM ALL ON
THE CAPPER FAMILY
Hopefully others can come up with some new songs to improve the atmosphere on matchdays.
We have also had donated by Terry Timebomb our new match P.A a 22" bass drum which Lorne Mosely has kindly decorated with the Rovers emblem, this I am sure you will all hear this Thursday night and beyond.

Are We Human, Or Are We Rovers. Our time For Winning Is Here And Now, So Be Loud N Proud, Lets Hear You Singing, Are We Human, Or Are Rovers. They Play With Style And Virtue, Put Their Bodys On The Line, Always Battling For The Victory, They Always Did The Best They Could, Sing Out For Fev Rovers, Blue N White Is All We Know. Stand Up Proud. Swell Your Heart. You Gotta Let Them Know, Are We Human, No We Are Rovers

a while ago someone on here suggested adopting & adapting the Wild Rover. Can see how this would work especially with the drum accompanying the clapping bit:
"and it's no, nay, never (clap,clap,clap,clap)/no, nay, never no more/will you beat the Fev Rovers/no never, no more!

I've been suggesting it for years, every time the issue of a new song has been raised, although there's no need to change it that much, Wild Rovers would sound better, and you only need to sing the chorus, which is uncomplicated and easy to sing, even by the worst of voices. It is also a very uplifting chant.a while ago someone on here suggested adopting & adapting the Wild Rover. Can see how this would work especially with the drum accompanying the clapping bit:

We used to have a section in the matchday programme in the 80's or 90's called The Wild Rover, and it could be brought back, or even the programme itself could be called The Wild Rover. We could even stretch the Irish theme a bit by bringing out a special away shirt in a dark green butcher's apron design with the slogan "WILD ROVER" on the front or back.
