Finally its here! Hopefully the Storm go back to back. Be interesting to see how the Doggies go without Barba. Think he will be a big loss in attack and they will struggle

Souths v Roosters is my pick, although it will be interesting to see if Cronulla even manage to get a team out...

Me too. After the two games last season the bunnies and chooks could serve up a real treat to start off with.
Souths to win.

Roosters Bunnies has to be the glamour tie. I'm going for Bunnies, Broncos, Eels, Bulldogs, Panthers, Storm, Sharks & Tigers to win

I'm curious about the Cowboys as they are playing Scott Moore and so I will be interested to see how well or otherwise he shows up in an NRL environment given his problems over this side of the world. The Bulldogs without James Graham and Barba will be interesting too as they will have had to shift things around a bit.

The Dogs may struggle early on, as you say they are missing some key players and will lose some bite because of this.

Storm v Dragons is on Freeview on Channel 428 at 8.30am on Sunday morning.
I remember when .............................
"It is impossible not to feel a twinge of sympathy for Workington Town, the fall guys this season for the Super League's determination to retain it's European dimesion, in the shape of Paris. While the French have had every assistance to survive, the importance of having a flagship in a heartland area like West Cumbria has been conveniently forgotten." - Dave hadfield - Independent 25th Augsut 1996.

Yeah just ran over him now just before half time. Sams been the best player on the pitch for me up to half time. George Burges has played well for the short time he's been on. SBW has been a bit of a freak show upto now sure it will come for him but he needs games to getup to the speed of RL.

Predictions for the future -
Crusaders RL to get a franchise for 2012 onwards -WRONG
Widnes Vikings also to get a franchise - RIGHT
Crusaders RL to do the double over Widnes and finish five places ahead of them -WRONG
Widnes Vikings NOT to dominate rugby league in years to come! STILL TO COME
