Well what's it gonna be? James Lathwaite and Reece Evans didn't make the Wires starting 17 (fortunately for them?) so will they be in our squad for Halifax? Will Dwyer, Bridge or Bennion be fit? Will Chase make his return?

Mark, I knew well before the season began that Ballad would not stay. He didn't even want to start it and it was well before the D/R system was finalised so before anyone jumps on the "see, players leaving because they can't get a game" bandwagon!

. Is this FACT or just speculation? Only a mate of mine works with Andy Ballards father.I have forwarded your posting to him.

. the problem with being a winger ,if you don't get the ball opportunity to show your ability is severely restricted.

. Have we now got Rangi Chase on Dual reg from Castleford?

Fact as much as I can say. Came from a source who said he told them. I did not spout it on here before as it was said in confidence which I respected.

I do not repeat much on here that I hear in confidence and I hear a few things!

As for Chase........it's amazing how the odd 'e' can change things!

Our three quarters have struggled for quality ball last season and this season. In the championship year dodd and foxen despite not being everyones favourites got plenty.
Ballard was a signing which excited me...but watching him play hasn't. Whatever his motivation for leaving its a shame that we have lost a quality player but he hasn't tried very hard nor given it very long.

Surely the players would've cleared off by now...not the coach?

Ooops!

Do you really get off waiting to make people look silly?
You phil are not only sad but not very nice. Someone was bound to leave. ..its happened every year ive been a fan...you were no doubt poised with your post writren waiting to insert the name.
Good luck at leigh ....all going well there isn't it? Financial difficulties and a massive home defeat. I could cut and paste your lengthy essay about how well things are going there written only a week ago. ..but then id be sad and pathetic too.

Ooops!

For one who professes to no longer have anytime for Swinton, you clearly must spend time on this forum. Trot on Philip you must be itching to condemn Leigh following the latest defeat.

His glass is half empty.

Also, can we actually get behind the lads tomorrow! As soon as we concede a try we get on their backs. Support the Lions!

Didn't see our man in the crowd last night but Sheffield were excellent and got a rub of the green too with a few pens.

Remarkable how far Sheffield have come when you think it was only 2006 when they beat us in the play off final to gain promotion.
