Hey - don't get on at me for stating the obvious!

It's not like your Fev-supporting mates haven't said exactly the same thing.

No Griff I wouldn't get on at you for stating the obvious. Though you being an irritating brown stuff stirring ...... (insert adjective of choice cos if I do I may get another warning) is me stating the obvious! just so we are clear about what the obvious is eh??

Blinking heck, the club from the smoke is causing chaos on the forum, something they cannot do on the park.

I never said we were well supported. I don't live in a dream world.

It's been said earlier that Fev have never, ever averaged 6000. What makes you think they will now ?

The only yardstick you can use is what Wakey are getting. In the days prior to SL Fev were getting approx 90% of Wakey's gate.

As I have said before if we generate income from our assets then we could manage on gates of 4000 to 5000. It is a matter of correct application of resources. Run on a proper business basis we could be successful.

Not that bad according to SportingLife who give the crowd as 1136 ;)

Was played at a ground with a capacity of around 2500 with apparently 1 stand and grass banking everywhere else. So much for needing a ground of the 'correct' standard for SL.

Precisely the point I was making, Hudderfield have no travelling support. It will be ingesting to see the c@s attendance at home to London, I bet worse. Now griff if c@s can average 6k then we can we would easily get 3-4 home supporters. Which by the looks of it is what our neighbours get.
