I half expected this after reading some of the Twitter comments by some of our lads this week, some barbed comments over our new signing walking straight into the team

Workington Town. Then. Now. Always.

Two days ago I read a comment on Twitter which said "we are at York,we need a fast start or we will struggle". Well we didn't get that fast start and we have struggled big time!!!!

I remember when .............................

"It is impossible not to feel a twinge of sympathy for Workington Town, the fall guys this season for the Super League's determination to retain it's European dimension, in the shape of Paris. While the French have had every assistance to survive, the importance of having a flagship in a heartland area like West Cumbria has been conveniently forgotten." - Dave Hadfield - Independent 25th August 1996.

It's shocking performance with no excuses but calm down a bit lads, your starting to sound like them lot down the road.
The race is not always to the swift nor the battle to the strong, but thats the way to bet!

well if that has affected there mentality today, then maybe some more should walk straight into the side. also theyve only dropped a dual reg player, yes hes played very well for town, but surely you play the lads who are actually signed on to the club.

Keep hearing York's stand-off Presley's name but very little mention of our half-backs!!!!

He's just gone over for the first score of the half. 30-0.
It's good to win at home, but it's better to win away!

Observations for me seem to be

Hulme should have been in the team somewhere
Callum Phillips our least experienced half is the one showing the most leadership
We still have no idea who our half backs should be
Our starting prop combinations are wrong and Thacks is out of form at the minute
Our plan A is use the big lads and steamroll teams, Not sure what Plan B is?

And It was embarrasing to hear that Andy Morris was out back on the field and then brought back off in no time as he was still injured surely we should have known without having to waste a sub.....
Forget Chuck and Chad I am the real legend killer

Can't beat Barrow at home and think we're the bees knees.
Man for man we're the better team so it can only come down to attitude or coaching
