Couldn't make it today, but what a result, looking forward to some reaction lads?
Knackered from all that training? Are you the starting prop Gaz or coming off the bench as an impact prop?

That week of stability I was talking about last week came to pass, and the difference was a much more even performance, notwithstanding the "frozen fingers" syndrome that affected the game more and more the longer it went on.
Achurch did look a lot better this week, obviously after more time training with the team. Menzies has probably had his best game in a Hunslet shirt and they were all ably supported by the rest of the pack. Not the day or the conditions for backs to shine but nobody really had a bad game.
Not sure whether Whitehaven deserved a nilling, they were certainly no worse than Donny last week and I thought they scored a good try near the end, but the touch judge thought otherwise.
So the target of 10 points from the first four home games has been achieved and we're "sitting comfortably" in seventh place tonight. And just as well, as we all know, the rest of March is a tough mo(n)th, with trips to Halifax and Batley and Sheffield home so league points will be more difficult to come by ...
... difficult, but by no means impossible ...

10 points so far is a great return when you think we've probably had our two hardest away games already.
I think we can go to Halifax next week and get a result!
Here's one for frisky, when did we last nil a team in a league fixture?

We should not underestimate the value of the dual reg players to us, their inclusion is bringning the best out of Welham, menzies and Yates-- still think we are missing David March.
For the first time since Barry Eaton took charge we played the same 17 in consecutive games.
Good to hear some posetive comments from Hawks fans after the game.

Just about thawed out from yesterday, the architect who designed SLS needs talking to.

I agree frisky, Yates just gets better and better. Welham has become a top player for us. I'm liking the look of bush on the wing. I thought his 2nd try yest was in touch tho if I'm honest

Blackpool-- got to agree with Robbo -- think it was London at home. Thought Robbo would remember it as HE and Tony Williams scored a load of points between them.
What year was it? We did nil Workington in 2011 in the Northern Rail Cup.
