Ken Riley and the Barrow rotary club are helping to run a gala day 29th June with dancing competitions music and other attractions

Is this the same date as Barrow Carnival ?, I think they usually hold the carnival on the last saturday of June.

Does Ken and the rotary club not run the carnival, if that is the date of carnival it might be that the dancers and the stalls are going to be at craven park this year instead of the town hall that should give us a great crowd

There is no Barrow Carnival parade this year,the Bay radio (cnmedia)are organising next years event
So the Rotary club of Furness are getting behind the Raiders Gala day,the dance competition and stalls etc all at Craven Park on the last Saturday in June
