please try not to hijack this thread with any vitriolic diatribes.

It's got to be "Where've we been?" for me.
My 8 and 6 year old know the words and sing it in the bath.....albeit my toned-down version using the word "Salford"!.....after all "rugby league is a family game" as that annoying 10 year-old keeps on telling us at LSV.

An 'old Barn-ender's' suggestion; to the tune of McNamara's Band.

"His name is David Watkins and he is a big disgrace.
His handbag's made of leather and his shoes are made of lace.
He runs down the touch line, and gives a little twirl.
Then courtseys to the corner flag just like a little girl.
Na-na-na-naaaaa......."

I'll go traditional with "walking down to Station Road".

And then ESFAB.

I seem to remember once playing away at Mansfield Marksmen and the game was that slow some body looked over at a row of old terraced cottages, noticed one of the chimneys belching black smoke from it and initiated the song........"Smokeless zone, Smokeless zone, Smokeless zone". Im still laughing at it now!

"no-one knows what it's like to be the bad man.........behind blue eyes"

May not be a Swinton song but was sung at a Swinton match....

Gimme a T, Gimme an I...........

What do we do with them? Oldham cha cha cha, Oldham cha cha cha

Oh how we laughed

I don't mind stealing bread from the mouths of decadence.

"Be mindful of the prayers you send,
Pray hard but pray with care,
For the tears that you are crying now,
Are just your answered prayers"

Ah, the joke is on you my friend! The thread is actually based on pre 2013 Swinton, which means we have around 146 years of songs to choose from.
