Climates are changing & RL should change its pattern too. Surely it would be far more conducive to play in Oct/Nov instead of mid Jan/mid March. Lets lead the way again.

Do you know what it said on the front of Saturday's T&A, the strap line was...

"on this weekend 12-months ago it was 21°C."

Like you say the climate is changing. So what's stopping say next season in march a heat wave? And in oct/nov this weather were getting now?. I don't see how the RFL can cater for the weather if I'm being honest. Because whatever they do I'm sure some games would get called off somewhere along the line.

Segovia's Carpet is a Salford fan.

I can confirm 30+ less sales for Scotland vs Italy at Workington, after this afternoons test purchase for the Tonga match, £7.50 is extremely reasonable, however a £2.50 'delivery' fee for a walk in purchase is beyond taking the mickey, good luck with that, it's cheaper on the telly.

If/when it snows in Nov,you'll be saying the season should start earlier. It's sods law. There are only so many weekends to get the fixtures in.As always, the leading players probably play too many games and the lesser players at Clubs which do not reach the play offs nor are involved in the internationals, probably play too few.

Bit of a lottery, isn't it ? But I hate the way the season starts piecemeal. I'd rather start first weekend in March.

Not that it would have changed much this year, mind you.
