The greatest post '73 team has now been assembled:

1. Kemble
2. Muscroft
3. Tate
4. Irwin
5. Plange
6. Mannson
7. King
8. Gillespie
9. Pachniuk
10. Bateman
11. Nickle
12. Platt
13. Wolford

Bring on the Rhinos !!!

Subs - I think we look at the great players who have already been mentioned - Skerrett, Lowes, Procter, Townsend, Grimmer, Wilson, Sterling, Standige, Pryce, Crampton (still can't believe he didn't make the team !). The list goes on and on.

Thanks to everyone for contributing to this. It's been a great walk down memory lane.

As owners of the club it's now our duty to make sure this debate goes on 40 years from now for the "post 2013" team.

Starter for 10 - Grimshaw, Keinhorst, Slater (?)....

We've swept the seas before boys and so we shall again !!!

Hunslet: STILL the city's only club to win all competitions in one season.

My team was picked while I was having coffee this morning- so bound to have missed somebody out. -- thanks Penola fo reminding us about the great MAL GRAHAM---

There was also somebody called Colin Penola, and how could  I forget ERIC KIBE. or CHARLIE WABBO.?

It's amazing how many overseas players came our way

No doubt somebody will tell us of more.
