I have been trying to make sense of the English translation of the latest news on the ASCXIII website and I believe it is saying that they have a number of injuries which will mean several juniors getting their chance in the cup match.    I think it also says that they will be bring around 30 supporters with them.

I think thats right keith. I go to watch the french sides in the cup most years, ASC havent played in the cup for a few seasons, they got beat by dewsbury i IIRC. As mentioned they have russel Aitkin and Anderson, I think they have about three or four other overseas players including Cook Islands international Tyrone Pau. Amar Sabri has been mentioned on the thread. Romaric Bemba and Teddy Saddoui have played for france recently too

Must be a few talented Frenchies who fancy a crack over here ? Wonder how many players from that league will gravitate over here to play when their seasons over .

Is the match included in the season tickets or is it All to Pay?

I am led to believe that you need to take your wallet with you Keith, as it is a shared gate so also bring your euro's

Almost as many french as oz/nz's. Cackyson have at least 7 non french in their squad. I take it they'll all be allowed to play? Even though if a champ club over here had that many they wouldn't be allowed to

Yeh good lifestyle , easier footy and a good lot of nelson eddies getting chucked about ... Enticing . One or two recruits could give teams here a boost though for the survival quest . I guess though dual reg nowadays lessens the will to look into that talent pool .

Looks a good set of forwards in their team, along with two good halfbacks, not got a clue about the backs. Do know that Bemba is a bit of wrecking ball. Hope they all have some dodgy eggs for breakfast!

Always good to have an Expert winger ... Take your word for the rest , bar the obvious the names mean nothing to me ! But I'm sure there'll be physical although French teams don't always travel the best .
