Very disappointing news. Looks like our coaching staff are trying to put their own stamp on the team, and are trying to do it by forcing out a lot of the previous regimes signings. How Roden could not have been picked before Palfrey baffles me. Now the other half back contender is forced out. Lets hope I am proved wrong. Good luck Dally, you have a bright future in the game.

Hmmmm! ? Tonight's chronicle says he was out on sunday because of Scott Naylor's rotation policy.

Well, he's gone for now.I would think the club are giving him some time to reflect. He's a young lad who's a bit temperamental and emotional (as they are at that age).Act in haste, repent at leisure. Is he mature enough to try and make amends, I suspect not. But good luck to him next season.

He was big enough to say sorry after storming off to the dressing room after being taken off against Rochdale but will he again? He's a good lad with a lot of potential but only time will tell.

There's a crack that he is signing for Rochdale this week, anyone heard that one?

I remember when .............................

"It is impossible not to feel a twinge of sympathy for Workington Town, the fall guys this season for the Super League's determination to retain it's European dimension, in the shape of Paris. While the French have had every assistance to survive, the importance of having a flagship in a heartland area like West Cumbria has been conveniently forgotten." - Dave Hadfield - Independent 25th August 1996.

And I'm sure he will get a game when Saints don't need the game time for their reserves.

I'm more interested in Hemel this weekend.

It's just what he does when he's rested. He enjoyed playing for the Roughyeds but when the squad system came into play he left.

personally im glad Dalli went to crusaders rather than strengthen a promotion rival such as our not so noisy neighbours and the lad has a very bright future in the game just a shame it wont be in our colours, nevertheless we move on up the roughyeds!!

I think we'll do ok with Whitty and Palfrey after the Hemel game, and a good exciting prospect of Singleton in the U20' should be the future of our 1st team.
