No, this was discussed on another thread about a month ago, they have reasons for not entering, its optional and not mandatory

It's a tough draw for Siddal at Kells. This draw means 3 away trips to Cumbria in 3 weeks. 27th April Egremont 4th May Wath Brow & 11th May Kells doesn't get much harder.

Kells vs Siddal should be a great match to see, I'll be going to watch as we are away at Waterhead. Kells are a very good team, I wouldnt be surpised if they are challenging for a premier position in a few years time
