Hopefully today is the day they appoint a coach surely? If this goes on for another week or so its not doing our club our players and DP any good at all. We have a big game coming up on Sunday and all these ###### rumours flying about isn't doing any good to our chances on Sunday.

gaz... why the #### should cas give a toss about our club in all this????

Just out of interest can anyone confirm if Cas have to ask the club if they can approach a coach that is contracted at another club or is the situation different with them and players ?

If it is true I think we all had a feeling it was going to happen though so not that big of a shock really.

If it hapens - it happens. The coach is dead - long live the coach I say. Fev won't become a bad team overnight if we have to change the coach. DP has done well to bring us this far - time to move on.

Not always the case! The coach is the vital part of the team and more important than a couple of the best players in it. Sometimes a new coach is successful, and sometimes not, but Rovers' five Wembley appearances can all be attributed to the man in charge. But then again, the Championship success of 1977 was more down to the squad, and the legacy of the previous coach/coaches.

If it's true, it's worrying times!
