Anyone used one of these? I've ordered one to try out, but I saw the customer reviews for all the models I browsed on Amazon varied wildly.

Yes, I bought one when the digital switchover rendered my analogue PC TV card useless. Only cost something like £15, does exactly what it says on the tin and is outstanding value for money. Can't remember the make off the top of my head but I'll have the box somewhere.

This one was a boxed 'as new' Amazon marketplace purchase, so it was only £3.99. So if it doesn't work, it's no great loss. Bundled with it is a small antenna, which may or may not be any good* and a CDR containing software for playing/recording TV. Edit: it's just arrived! :)

*I shall mainly have the USB stick connected to a roof aerial anyway.

I've always had mine connected to a roof aerial and the picture is excellent.

I have no idea how good the small antenna is that came withs. Next to useless I would suspect, as is the way with these things.
