Bit of a long shot this but I hope somebody out there can help me to complete my records on the Yorkshire League, but first of all can somebody tell me did the White Rose League last just one season - 1999-2000? With regards to the Yorkshire league, I need to know the champions and runners up of each division in the following seasons - 1985-86, 1991-92, 1996-97, 1997-98, 1998-99 and 2008-09. I also need just the runners up for 1980-81 season. The league seems to have started in 1978-79 with 4 divisions but if that is wrong and anybody has info prior to 1978-79 please help me with it.

N.B This is just the Yorkshire League and not the  West Yorkshire league, which seems to have started earlier. Thank You in advance.

I have complete records for the  NWCL and Pennine League from 1975-76.

Milford were Leeds & District league champions in 1975-76. Was the Yorkshire League operating at that time as well?

No, you were right it started in 1978.

Who do you have as champions in 1980-81?

I will do some digging around later this week for the rest.
1991-92 was my 1st season playing. From memory Westgate won the Premier from Bisons and Queens won the Senior division but i will confirm when i dig through a load of stuff in the club filing cabinet. I seem to remember Dewsbury Albion won in it in 1990-91 then folded...

Thanks for that Cutsyke. Great if you can find out for me. Sorry for late replay. Only just got home from Hemel Stags .v. North Wales Crusaders. 1980-81 premier division winners were Lock Lane but I don't have runners up. Lock Lane won it the first 3 seasons and then Heworth won it the next 3.

I stand correcting  I got it from a old programme which said that Milford where Yorkshire League Champions in 1975. unfortunately Milford have not saved a lot of past records which is a shame I think we have records from the late 1980s but not before. Celtic can you tell me which season Milford got relegated from the premier division of the NCL might have been called the 1st division then.

I went to the Celtic v Warriors game last saturday and old celtic supporter gave me the programme of the 1999-2000 yorkshire cup final. In notes about the Warriors it reads the Warriors were founder members of the White Rose League in 1998-99 in which they finished fourth.
