Nigel Farage again stood out on the AM show on the BBC (Watched it on the internet here:))))
UKIP has been a breath of fresh air to british politics,i suggest also that anyone who thinks this is a flash in the pan is living in cuckoo land this is a wave and a bloody large one at that.
For me Parliament would be a much more interesting place with some real clear blue sea between the government and opposition.
Stuff the champagne socialist parties New Labour/Tories and Lib Dems we need UKIP and OLD Labour:))))
As Nigel Farage says there isnt a cigarette paper between them they are all members of a big cosy westminster elite:(((((
when I think of UKIP I can't seem stop being reminded of an angry Allan Partridge.
I have no time for any of the major political parties
But I really don't think a group of little englanders slavering over a past society that never actually existed is really going to change the political landscape of the country in a truly significant way.
Boston in Lincolnshire is a UKIP hotbed. I find this odd, since without seasonal workers coming from Europe the local agribusiness would go bust. maybe conscription from the inner cities is part of a future manifesto.
A major UKIP 'policy' is getting rid of 'political correctness', I wouldn't mind knowing what they mean by this.
They plan to get rid of trident though so fair play to them, but I'm not sure what their defence policies are.
