I hope somebody's watching Bunnies/Manly. What a great first half that was. Really.

Reffing started to dull the game a bit, but still the best footy of the season so far. Manly really trying to ruffle Inglis and this is the first time I've seen George Burgess smashed, and he's gotten it a couple of times. See how he responds.

This is great.

Im watching, it kinda annoys me how good the NRL is haha. Love watching it though, this game is amazing only 0-2 but the best game of rugby ive seen in ages. Some massive collisions

Even better than the Rabbitohs v Storm game a few weeks ago - this game was awesome and beautiful and brutal.

The most interesting feature for me was the fact that Manly appeared to target George Burgess for extra special punishment. He made fewer yardage and tackle busts than we have seen but he never relented, never was cowed and just kept going asking for me - and seeing Sam sticking up for his brother after George was felled by Steve Matai made for compelling viewing.

Damn, over reff'd game, could've been a classic.

Still the most physical game of the season. Manly were maniacs out there. I'm a big fan of George Burgess but he got rattled tonight. Matai did get him high but it came up off the ball. Sam blew up, but then got hit himself by Matai shortly after and got up begging for more. Was great theatre.

Bunnies now played the other 3 in the top 4 and coming out looking pretty damn good.

TBF on George, he only made 15m less than Sam who made the most metres of any forward on the Souths team. Great game though and I really can't pick who will be the 2nd grandfinalist this year out of Souths, Manly and Sydney. Melbourne still look a step ahead of every one. There's 4 world class teams in the NRL, 2 coached by ex SL coaches.
