London Broncos player cleared of using his knees in a tackle

London Broncos player James Mendeika has been cleared of the Grade B charge of using his knees in contact during an incident in the 22ndminute of his club's Super League Round 13 fixture against St Helens.

 

Mendeika was found not guilty when he appeared before the RFL Disciplinary Committee via Skype earlier this evening.

 

Castleford Tigers player Jordan Tansey has avoided suspension after he submitted an Early Guilty Plea in relation to a Grade A high tackle committed during the Round 13 fixture against Salford City Reds on Saturday.
