Hull FC, by 16.

Nowhere near.

Lee Radford rang me the other week....I knew Hull FC were a bit desperate but I had no idea it had got that bad.

As ever, Danny Kirkmond (sp) was terrific for Wakey, as was Kyle Wood.

Hull seemed in a determined mood though, perhaps our only chance of silverware, and I think the result was never in doubt after that scoring flurry in the first half.

Fair play to the Wakey fans, they made themselves heard throughout most of the game.

Now onto Hull KR in the next round.

Or maybe even Wigan.

Hull looking better and better as we move into the 2nd half of the season.
Certainly going to Wire next week holds no fears :)

I enjoyed the game immensely, Hull's line defence was excellent and they now look to be more than one dimensional going forward, Wakefield played their part in a very good game and looked to be nobodies mugs.

I'm taking nothing away from Hull FC when saying this but that was a very poor attacking effort by Wakefield, if I said it was one dimensional id only be half right

You had 85 sets to our 53 in the 2nd half we outscored you 8-6.

That's why I avoided TRL for the whole weekend.
