Is this more about her than the Bulls. If she is involved in a high profile Court case maybe she doesn't have the money.

She claims it was more to do with her treatment by the club rather than the money.

More to come from this I guess.

Looks like the usual case of someone wanting to grab some headlines and publicity, without the actual ability or cash to make a difference.

Muslim business men and progressive modern women who want to do things their own way make a strange mix.

So Bulls fans, will this have a major impact on the club? Had she stumped up, or was it just a pledge to invest?

Looks like a PR move on behalf of the 'investor' with no real proof the money was going to materialise. The retail specialist who has invested (sorry I forget her name but seems to be very respected) looks like a much better person to have involved.

Who knows, so far we didn't have her money, so no loss as of yet. But I dunno, like most fans I trust the board, but I also trusted the last lot. Once bitten and all that.

Bit of a strange and quite stereotypical thing to say. Kate Hardcastle seems to be doing quite well at the same club.

OK, I'll withdraw the comment, but chalk and cheese and all that.

dunno, i thought it was a funny comment. had a comedian had said it there would have been no problem. Surely this forum is not as PC as that is it?

A case of too many chefs in the kitchen? You often wonder when you get that many strong minded/successful people around a board table how they'll gel.

I guess it either works out well and you get a powerful team, or people cite irreconcilable differences and split.

I do actually tend to agree with Keighley in some ways, but more from the perspective that the Omar Khan consortium come from a very different background and industry than Jay Willey, so they're always going to be at odds over how to things should be done. Not so much to do with the old school Muslim attitude to woman (because they're modern guys, who no doubt have modern views) but simply based on the rather different roads they've travelled to get their success.

Bradford: 'we're still fertile for investment' after Willey withdrawal

I can confirm 30+ less sales for Scotland vs Italy at Workington, after this afternoons test purchase for the Tonga match, £7.50 is extremely reasonable, however a £2.50 'delivery' fee for a walk in purchase is beyond taking the mickey, good luck with that, it's cheaper on the telly.

No-one actually knows if there was any money there in the first place, to be fair. Maybe it was just a pubnlicity stunt - who knows, it's murky world out there.

It is just as likely she fell out with Kate Hardcastle. Until she or the club tells us we'll never know.
