The GBH case against Dan Toal is headlines in the Mail tonight. He pleaded guilty at Preston Crown Court yesterday and he will be sentenced on June 6. The Judge said he must expect 'expect n immediate custodial sentence'

He'll need some good ones with his previous!
For the sake of barrow rugby I hope he gets spared jail, for the sake of justice I hope the judge is fair to all parties.

Why? would you or i get spared? Previous criminal record plus the fact he's broke someones jaw. Cant do the time don't do the crime.
