Bans are usually number of matches and that's how it's described in report. That's why I thought it odd that Wigan game would count.

If that's the case does seem strange that a game he's not eligible to play in counts. Could be that now Wigan know he isn't eligible to play against them they are prepared to lift that clause so he can get back earlier to help Widnes try to take points of their rivals.

Doubt it is Wigan lifting the clause to impede rivals since the extra game he would miss would be England v Exiles. In RFL's interest to count all four SL matches if McNamara is planning to pick him.

shocken by the rfl hock gets 4 matches for runnen in to the ref but vinnie anderson in the round be for v WORKINGTON got sent off and while walken off runs to fight a town player and only got 5 matches

The rfl need to give them selfs a real shake its a joke

It seems to me they punished the player and not the incident.

No surprise from the RFL there then.....
