Huddersfield owe us one as we've really done a number on them in the past couple of encounters. Plus with our injury situation and them in reasonable form I can see our magic weekend nightmare continuing for another season.

Last magic weekend was the "Brown Out" moment for me last season, that was the moment I knew he had to go.

This is one I want us to win a lot, given the way the team was managed last week v Widnes it looks like its one the club wants to win too
Hope it's a cracker.

I really can't call this one, I know we should beat them and i know we have the team to do it, But with the odd exception here and there ,The Bulls get right up for the Giants games so It's not a easy call, we do owe them one ( or two or more ) and we have been playing OK so am hopeful, Only 3 first choice players missing and that's not bad compared to many, so up the Claret and gold, and their millions of fans who will be there.

It's not quantity it's quality.

I just can't see past the Giants for this. They have shown that they are strong from 1 to 17. A year too early for the Bulls.

Huddersfield are the obvious choice to win, just as they were in the previous game at the John smith's, but I guess that game is only going to serve as a warning to the Giants and they must start as favourites. If they don't play to the expected level though, the Bulls are certainly good enough to punish them and I expect our lads to put in a competitive performance at the very worst. If Hudds turn up I'd go for them by ten, if they don't it's anybody's game.

I fancy Bradford for a little win here, certainly on the handicap anyway where I think they'll get around 14 start.

At the last meeting our game plan and organisation was shot to pieces by enforced changes just before kick off

Can't see that being a problem this time

We also need to turn up prepared to play and with enthusiasm. If we do that the result will take care of itself.

If we lack enthusiasm and effort then it doesn't matter how good our players are supposed to be

If we're in the game at half time then I'd fancy us. Issue at the moment seems to be first twenty minutes.

It's a strange one is that isn't it. Many teams slowly fade away in the last twenty but with us we slowly fade into games..

If we play like last week, the Giants will get forty.

I hope Adam Sidlow is fit, otherwise we only have Ben Evans to do proper bashing.  I also think we must pick Tom Olbison and James Donaldson; they both work hard and do loads of bread and butter tackles.

I'd also pick Adam O'Brien above Matt Diskin. He's more of a jack-in-the-box and we'll need to be unorthodox  to counter the mismatch in forwards' power and threequarters' speed.

Our plusses?

 - Team spirit.

 - If Sammut and Gale click, they can unzip any defence.

 - The two Elliotts and Heath LeStrange are capable of surprise moves and interplay.

 - Decent kicking game

My big hope?

 - Keith Lulia must hit form eventually.
