Anybody any idea if there will ever be a full roos tour again of the UK. A real one were if you finish top 4 SL previous year you get a fixture against the Aussies. If was on BBC it would do the game a world of good.

The Australians think they play too many games already so the NRL clubs would never allow it.

There's plans for a GB tour of Aus and NZ in 2015.

Would be great to see this happen at last !

They might play one warm-up game before the first test, but I doubt you'll ever see the Aussies playing more tour matches than that.

They'll be playing until Christmas if they play both Australia and New Zealand.

No, they will not be playing club sides. This isn't 1972.

No there will not and any 'GB' tour of Aus or NZ will have 5 games max including the tests. We no longer flog tired players to death at the end of a hard season.
Rugby League is a sport that desperately needs to expand its geographical supporter base and its player base. This imperative means that all other requirements are secondary until this is done.

All power in the game should be with governing bodies, especially international governing bodies.

Without these actions we will remain a minor sport internationally and nationally.

this planned tour involves 2 games v NZ & just 2 games v australia....meaning the ashes can't be won...rendering a already pointless tour even more pointless..

So if GB beat Australia 2-0 we won't have won the Ashes?
