Most "Tribute Bands" find a favourite line or a song of the band they are plagiarising covering and choose a theme from that

There must be a formula for new band name, you know, bit like your porn star name, first pet, road born in etc?

Depends, if it's a wet indie band then it's "The" followed by whatever noun you land in the dictionary.
