Stan Collymore dropped a hint about this a few weeks ago. But I can't get BT Sport.

Nor me.

It adds up to a terrific Bonus-on-the-no-having-to-put-up-with-whining-cockneys entertainment option

I remain convinced that Danny Baker stole L'Angelo's pocket money.

Just finished Danny Baker’s book actually – an autobiography with genuinely interesting stories in. It’ll never catch on.

Many of the stories will be familiar to people who follow his radio shows, but there's plenty of new stuff too, like hooking Peter Cook up with a better-quality pornographer, his eloping to Miami and when the Daily Express tried to use him to stitch up Elton John.

Volume 2 is due out later this year.

Yeah, I've only really listened to him on the radio for the past 5/6 years and even then I'd heard a few before. No less entertaining to read them again though.

That story about those bullies smashing that old teacher's family radio was utterly heartbreaking, but written with such warmth for the teacher though

I'm with Chris too.  Self important twerp.

With the best, thats a good bit of PR, though I would say the Bedford team, theres, like, you know, 13 blokes who can get together at the weekend to have a game together, which doesnt point to expansion of the game. Point, yeah go on!

Danny Baker goes on the radio and gives his opinion.  By definition anyone who does that is massively up themselves.  I like him, but he's not as good as he, or moreso the fanboys think. An example being that the quirky things around  a sporting event can be interesting, but this is done to death every week, eg.  "when have you been to a sports match in funny headgear?", " have you ever been to the football and been pooed on by a pigeon?", " interesting ways you've travelled to a sports event"  etc etc ad infinitum. Having said that  I was a massive fan of Under The Moon .

All you need to do is compare and contrast what Six-o-six was with him at the start with what it became once it was all about the pundits and fans wanting to know why Arsenal don't win the title every year.
