Taking advantage of a quiet spell, what is it with these "ref cams" that they are wearing with pride? Apart from looking like potoilers ready to descend, what purpose do they serve. I have not heard the issue being discussed or seen it in the press.

Cannot honestly see what advantage or purpose they serve, apart from ruffling hair styles.

Is this something we think the Aussies should adopt?.

Don't know if they use them to make any decision for the fourth official but if the camera sees it so should the ref The amount of cameras we have at televised matches now there should be no errors but they are still happening ( mm weekend is proof of that )

Nice initiative in my opinion - nice to see what the ref sees, be it in general play and close up very interesting to hear what some of the captains of teams have had to say during descisions and some of the player reactions close up
