How many of the St Helens youngsters that played for you in the home game against Hemel were on show yesterday? Sorry, no idea of their names. Very different Hornets performance from that one, completely dominated Stags for a good 60 minutes of that game - including pretty much the whole of the second half. Werent bad exactly yesterday, just seemed to be going through the motions at times and it seemed obvious with quite a while to go that the Skolars were going to win.

Very pleased for the Skolars, their slow start must have been a bit dispiriting so good to see them close the gap on the other playoff hopefuls.

We had 2 dual reg's in yesterday - Forster and Speakman, both of whom have played for us regularly this season. Bar a couple of changes, it was much the same team that played Hemel. That's what makes it so bl 0 0 dy disappointing...

No doubt about it this was the best Ive seen this year from Skolars.

Was a tad concerned over the ease of Rochdales first try and the coughing

up of posession 3 sets in a row in the second half. But apart from that was

well pleased.
