bet 365 are giving Hornets a 16 point head start.

And we're 15/2 (6.5) against in non handicap market on betvictor.

Well, it's the usual bad start losing 12-0 after 16 mins, but 16 down at ht!  None of the aforementioned Saints lads according to RL live. Let's hope for a bonus point at least.

48-0 full time, 9 tries conceded, 3 in last 8 minutes and going backwards rapidly. Time for some changes quickly.

Sorry for the faithful who had to pay to witness this debacle.

Oldham up 32-6 ht and SW 10-4 up ht

A sliver of salvation with the news of defeats for Oxford and Hemel; even Roughyeds did not have it easy second half, but at least they are putting in performances with a view to the end game.  Hemel away next week will be another crucial test - there is no room for excuses now, just pride of performance and winning results to the end of season.  Is Talbot capable of extracting them from what we have?  Seems not on the evidence of recent matches and our truly awful defence.  Bringing in dual registered players is ok as long as they appear and regularly, and gel - but we do not have much time for that!  What a b***s up!

When we come up against a big team who bully us in the first half we seem to struggle best team won, but they will really have to up their game if they get promotion . Lots of soul searching to be done by the coach and players as at the moment we are going backwards. Not sure changing the coach at this stage is a good idea . Last thing is the officials who missed two glaring forward passes for the last two trys along with a lot of other strange decisions , made no differance to the result but it did to the scoreline and with the league so tight could decide finishing places
Success does not consists in never making blunders, but in never making the same one the second time.

What's the excuse from Talbot this week? Not the "didn't stick to the game plan again?"
Oh well he won't care he will be back behind his desk in St Helens tomorrow, not caring one jot about Rockydale Hornets (im led to believe we have been christened by the men at the Langtree) we have/had a perfect Hornets coach at the club in Matt Calland. Seen as though he ain't been seen at the club in weeks, speaks volumes. Get Calland in quick.
Phil Bull.

Goes missing. I have no role for him said IT! Would you stick around where you ain't used or wanted?
I suppose he went missing that the two club officials who invited him in for a meeting, a fobbed him off with another official. IT is payed by Saints, why would he give a monkeys about Rockydale Hornets. Even our own players call us that.

Biggest mistake club made not giving Matt the job as they first said they were going to and then letting saints choose coach - we have been made to pay big time with another year in this div - cheers for another top decision board!
