Given Anderson's remarks regarding the match officials, I wouldn't be surprised if the RFL reacquaint him with their 'RESPECT' campaign.

Aye. The reference to, "muppets" was particularly ill advised.

I can totally understand Paul Anderson's frustrations but I will never support a coach publically bashing the officials like that

If on a review a day or two later he still feels angry he should lodge a complaint and then say what he has done and why in a sensible manner

Post game interviews are just a terrible idea.

I'm glad Ellis didn't get a ban, it utterly didn't deserve one - but it was a head high tackle and should have been a penalty, fortunately it didn't effect the outcome of the game

Agreed. He was perfectly entitled to express his opinion of the incident but personal insults aimed at the officials are unacceptable from somebody in his position.

It's a good job Anderson is not on this forum as the mods would of had a field day.

Aye. Blaming and insulting the officials is dead easy, it has little point, and it invites disciplinary action and a fine.

It's surprising that a former prop forward would express himself in such unsubtle terms.
