Happened in the Wheelchair World Cup today. 25-16. It's the first time that Wales have ever beaten Australia in any form of international Rugby League. The nearest before that was in 1909 when a Welsh League XIII beat Australia in a tour match but that wasn't a full test.

So congratulations to our wheelchaired wonders.

Great news!  I saw a score from the first half on Twitter but then I couldn't find any updates or any indication as to who won.

Well done Wales.  Fabulous!

Top class game, Wales produced a gritty performance in an incredibly bruising and physical confrontation. I posted several updates on the Festival of World Cups thread. Jon Dunn was sensational; I am still unsure how he scored his second try, you might expect a full back in a normal game of league to be able to jink and skip past three defenders but to do the same when strapped to a wheelchair just seemed to defy the laws of physics! Wales also did it whilst hardly using their substitutes and having to overcome the sinbinning of Price, which allowed the Australians to come back to within a point. Well played Wales indeed.

As an aside check out who pitched up to offer the Aussies some motivation

wheelchair RL is miles better than that hysterically named "murder ball" rugby they have in the paralympics...
