Apologises for late posting 70 mins gone Oldham 22 Oxford 4

Looking like a very good win

The way I see it we have dropped two points all season by the defeat at home to Oxford, we deserved to lose against Rochdale and were unlucky against NW away.

A win today we will have 27 points, one less the NW on 28 but we have played a game more tho.

Good team performance turned over a lot of ball in our own half but wins a win a workmanlike performance and the two props mason and haggerty from barrow battered Oxford up the middle a team short of ideas to break us down. Up the Yeds

Another quality win seems along time ago we were P3 W1. Be interesting what happens. 5 games left, then most probably playoffs. Seems Skolars have shown a bit of good form lately.

Here's a question.  Does anyone think there should be bonus points for significant win margin?

We put 48 point on Hornets and conceded no point against and still we only get 3 points for a win. If we had winning bonus points we would be well clear of the chasing pack.

Congrats on your win over the weekend

You ask this on the OLDHAM forum? Most of us would give you 6 points for beating the Hairnets 48 - 0. That is if we were not chasing you for the league!
